The JYR integrated machine winding deformation measuring instrument uses the sweep frequency method to measure the characteristics of transformer windings. Without lifting or disassembling the transformer cover, it accurately measures the distortion, bulging, or displacement of windings for transformers of 6kV and above by detecting the amplitude frequency response characteristics of each winding.

Introduction

The transformer winding deformation tester is used to test the winding deformation of power transformers with voltage levels of 6kV and above, as well as other special purpose transformers. During the operation or transportation of power transformers, it is inevitable to encounter impacts or physical impacts. Under the strong electric force generated by short-circuit currents, the transformer windings may lose stability, leading to deformation phenomena such as local twisting, bulging, or displacement. This will seriously affect the industry standard DL/T911-2004. The frequency response analysis method is used to measure the winding deformation of transformers. By detecting the amplitude frequency response characteristics of each winding of the transformer and comparing the detection results longitudinally or transversely, the possible deformation of the transformer windings can be determined based on the degree.

The horizontal axis (frequency) has two types of linear and logarithmic divisions, so the printed curve can be either a linear or logarithmic division curve, and users can choose according to their actual needs
10. The automatic data analysis system is used to horizontally compare the winding similarity between phases A, B, and C. The analysis results are: ① good consistency, ② good consistency, ③ poor consistency, and ④ poor consistency
Longitudinal comparison of A-A, B-B, C-C retrieves the original data and compares the winding deformation with the current data in phase. The analysis results are: ① normal winding, ② mild deformation, ③ moderate deformation, ④ severe deformation. 11. It can automatically generate Word electronic documents for saving and printing
