Instrument Overview

JYR portable transformer winding deformation testerUsed for testing power transformers with voltage levels of 6kV and above, as well as other special-purpose transformers, power transformers are inevitably subjected to various short-circuit currents or physical impacts during operation or transportation. Under the strong electric force generated by short-circuit currents, the transformer windings may lose stability, leading to permanent deformation phenomena such as local distortion, bulging, or displacement, which will seriously affect the safe operation of transformers. According to the national power industry standard DL/T911-2004, the frequency response analysis method is used to measure the deformation of transformer windings. This is achieved by detecting the amplitude frequency response characteristics of each winding of the transformer and comparing the detection results vertically or horizontally. Based on the degree of change in the amplitude frequency response characteristics, the possible deformation of the transformer windings can be determined.
The transformer winding deformation comprehensive tester (low voltage impedance method) is an intelligent instrument specifically designed for measuring the impedance characteristics of large and medium-sized transformers. Article 15.2 of the document [2000] No. 589 issued by the State Power Corporation, entitled "Twenty five Key Requirements for Preventing Major Accidents in Power Production," stipulates that "transformers with voltage levels of 110KV and above should undergo low voltage short-circuit impedance testing or use frequency response method to test winding deformation before leaving the factory and being put into operation to preserve original records. ”Clause 15.6 stipulates: "After a transformer is subjected to a sudden short circuit in the near area, a low voltage short circuit impedance test or a frequency response method should be used to test the winding deformation, and compared with the original records to determine that the transformer has no faults before it can be put into operation. ”Low voltage impedance testing can accurately reflect the changes in impedance values of transformers before and after winding deformation. The testing instrument adopts high-precision synchronous AC sampling and FFT digital signal processing techniques for voltage and current, ensuring accurate and stable measurement data. The instrument adopts three-phase automatic measurement or single-phase measurement methods, reliably short circuiting the low-voltage side. After inputting transformer parameters, the instrument can automatically test and calculate the impedance and impedance error percentage of each phase. Displaying voltage and current waveforms during the testing process is more suitable for on-site use.

The main features of the testing and analysis software are:
Using the Windows platform, compatible with Windows 2000/Windows XP/Windows 7.
Using a database to store test data, the management of test data is simple and convenient.
It can load 9 curves simultaneously, automatically calculate the relevant parameters of each curve, diagnose the deformation of the winding automatically, and provide reference conclusions for diagnosis.
The software management function is powerful, fully considering the needs of on-site use, automatically saving environmental condition parameters to provide a basis for transformer winding deformation diagnosis. The measurement data is automatically saved and has color printing function, making it convenient for users to generate test reports.
The software has obvious humanized characteristics, with various measurement conditions being mostly optional, without the need for a lot of input on site, making it convenient for users to add.
The software has a high degree of intelligence, and after the input and output signals are connected, all measurement work can be completed with just one key press.
The software interface is simple and intuitive.
