Overview
Overview: A mechanical diaphragm metering pump is a motor that drives a worm gear pair through direct transmission to perform variable speed motion. Under the action of a crank connecting rod mechanism, the rotational motion is converted into reciprocating linear motion. The sliding rod is directly connected to the diaphragm. When the sliding rod moves back and forth during operation, it directly pushes (pulls) the diaphragm back and forth, and the suction and discharge are completed through the opening and closing of the one-way valve on the pump head, achieving the function of conveying liquid.

5. Manual/automatic stroke adjustment/digital frequency conversion control are optional to achieve automatic control of external signals.
6. Multiple material pump heads are available, including PVC, PVDF, PTFE, 304, 316L alloy, etc
7. Applicable medium temperature -10 ℃~100 ℃
8. The stroke can be adjusted under both static and dynamic conditions
9. Optional dual diaphragm pump head/with diaphragm rupture alarm
