structural style

The KCB series gear pump is mainly composed of gears, shaft pump body, pump cover, safety valve, shaft end seal and other components. Gears have high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and all operating components inside the pump are lubricated using the medium they transport.

There are well-designed oil discharge and return grooves inside the pump, which minimize the torque force that the gears bear during operation, resulting in low bearing load, minimal wear, and high pump efficiency.

The pump is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection. But this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term operation, and can be installed separately on the pipeline if necessary.
