When the water temperature reaches its boiling point, water no longer has the ability to dissolve gases. At this time, the vapor pressure on the water surface is equal to the external pressure, and the gas partial pressure is zero. Gas cannot be dissolved in water. Based on this principle, this deaerator atomizes water and heats it up to 104 ℃ through special packing and full contact with steam, allowing dissolved gases to escape from the water. (1) Principle
The Henry's law of gas dissolution states that gases such as oxygen dissolved in water are directly proportional to their proper pressure on the liquid surface (which is also related to the temperature of the water), and as the water temperature increases, the solubility of gases in water decreases. When the water temperature reaches its boiling point, water no longer has the ability to dissolve gases. At this time, the vapor pressure on the water surface is equal to the external pressure, and the gas partial pressure is zero. Gas cannot be dissolved in water. Based on this principle, this deaerator atomizes water and heats it up to 104 ℃ through special packing and full contact with steam, allowing dissolved gases to escape from the water.

(5) Instructions for use
1. High level arrangement of deaerator
(1) Firstly, calibrate the pressure gauge, temperature gauge, safety valve (with a popping pressure of 0.06Mpa), and other control instruments until they are qualified.
(2) Start the soft water pump and feed water through the soft water bypass valve. Stop the pump after the deaerator water tank level is normal, and turn on the secondary steam to make the water temperature in the tank reach 100 ℃.
(3) Open the exhaust valve at the top of the deaerator head (1/4 to 1/2 opening), and open the manual valves for soft water and steam bypass respectively. When the overflow water is sealed and the water temperature reaches 104 ℃, open the outlet valve and start the boiler feedwater pump. If the boiler is not yet running, all the feedwater can be returned to the deoxygenated water tank for cyclic testing
(4) After checking that everything is normal, the manual operation can be switched to automatic operation.
(5) When the equipment is stopped, it should be drained of stored water, inspected internally, regularly cleaned, and coated with steam drum paint internally.
2. Low level arrangement of deaerator
(1) This equipment must be equipped with the CYG type boiler feed pump developed by the Shanghai Industrial Boiler Research Institute of the Mechanical Committee (dedicated for low-level deoxygenation). Attention: The installation, commissioning, use, and maintenance of this pump must be strictly carried out in accordance with the drawings and installation instructions of Wuhu Industrial Pump Factory.
(2) Firstly, verify that the pressure gauge, temperature gauge, safety valve (with a popping pressure of 0.06Mpa), and other control instruments are qualified.
(3) Start the soft water pump and introduce soft water through the manual bypass valve. Stop the pump after the deaeration water tank level is normal, and open the secondary steam valve to make the water temperature in the tank 95 ℃.
(4) Open the exhaust valve at the top of the deoxygenation head (half opening), open the manual bypass valve to allow steam to enter, and at the same time, turn on the soft water pump. When the overflow water is sealed and the water temperature reaches 104 ℃, open the outlet valve and start the boiler feedwater pump. If the boiler is not yet running, all the feedwater can be returned to the deoxygenated water tank for cyclic testing
(5) After checking that all manual operations are normal, the automatic regulating valves for soft water and steam can be put into use.
(6) When the automatic regulating valve operates normally, the boiler feedwater can be put into normal operation.
(7) When the deaerator is stopped, the water inside the water tank should be drained and all components should be inspected and cleaned.
(8) If the anti rust paint inside the deoxygenation head and deoxygenation water tank peels off, it should be cleaned in a timely manner and the steam drum paint should be repainted.
