The KT2500 drilling rig is driven by a power head to drive the drill rod and rotate the drill bit to cut rock and soil. The gas lift reverse circulation slag discharge method is used to discharge the drilling slag inside the hole outside the hole. This drilling rig adopts hydraulic cylinder lifting drilling tools, which can perform pressure reducing drilling and work conveniently. The combined action of oil cylinders can achieve rapid assembly and disassembly of drill rods. When loading and unloading drill bits, the gantry drill frame can tilt, and the chassis is equipped with oil cylinders to drive the opening and closing of the wellhead plate. Therefore, the machine has the characteristics of high work efficiency and easy installation and operation.
The KT2500 drilling rig adopts disassembly and assembly, which is convenient for transportation, compact in structure, and easy to use and maintain. The main hydraulic components are imported products, which have the characteristics of high overall reliability and long service life.
