When the hot water high-pressure cleaning machine is working, clean water enters the water tank through the float valve, softened by the water softener in the tank, and then pressurized by the high-pressure pump before entering the water heater for cleaning and heating. It then enters the spray gun through the high-pressure hose and sprays water jets of different shapes from the nozzle. At the same time, the addition of cleaning agent or rust inhibitor is controlled by the spray gun.

In other words, we need to find ways to reduce the pressure loss during the transmission process from the high-pressure pump to the nozzle. The second is to grasp the full utilization of water jet power, that is, the total working capacity of water jet, which is proportional to the pressure and flow rate of water jet.

From here, it can be seen that increasing the pressure and flow rate of the water jet can enhance its power. The pressure of the cleaning machine is calculated and designed based on the strength of the dirt clumps.
