When the hot water high-pressure cleaning machine is working, clean water enters the water tank through the float valve, softened by the water softener in the tank, and then pressurized by the high-pressure pump before entering the water heater for cleaning and heating. It then enters the spray gun through the high-pressure hose and sprays water jets of different shapes from the nozzle. At the same time, the addition of cleaning agent or rust inhibitor is controlled by the spray gun.
When high-temperature and high-pressure cleaning machines and hot water high-pressure cleaning machines need to be heated, the fuel pump boosts the diesel in the fuel tank, controls it through an electromagnetic valve, and sends it to a fuel injector equipped with air volume regulation and automatic ignition device. Atomized oil is sprayed from the fuel injector and ignited by the ignition electrode. At the secondary air inlet, the fuel and gas mix, and the water heater (coil) burns and heats up the inner ring.

The second is to grasp the full utilization of water jet power, that is, the total working capacity of water jet, which is proportional to the pressure and flow rate of water jet.
From here, it can be seen that increasing the pressure and flow rate of the water jet can enhance its power. The pressure of the cleaning machine is calculated and designed based on the strength of the dirt clumps. When the pressure of the high-pressure steam cleaning machine is sufficient, in order to better break down the dirt clumps, we need to try to increase the flow rate of the high-pressure water jet, which can increase the cleaning effect.
