Wind pressure can be divided into two parts: static pressure and dynamic pressure. Static pressure acts around the pipeline to overcome the resistance encountered by air flow, with positive and negative effects. When the pressure inside the air duct is higher than the external atmospheric pressure, it is called positive static pressure. At this time, air blows outward from the pipeline, such as in the outlet duct of a condenser fan, which has positive static pressure. When the pressure inside the air duct is lower than the external atmospheric pressure, it is negative static pressure. At this time, air is sucked into the air duct from the outside, such as in the cotton inlet pipe of the condenser, which is negative static pressure.

1. The air pump should be placed in a relatively stable place, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry, and well ventilated.

2. The rotation direction of the air pump impeller must be in the direction indicated by the arrow on the fan casing.

3. When the air pump is working, it should be avoided that the inlet and outlet of the fan are sealed to prevent excessive heat generation and motor overcurrent that may cause damage to the air pump.

4. Except for the two bearings of the motor rotor, there is no direct contact friction in other parts of the air pump.

5. The filter screens at both ends of the inlet and outlet should be cleaned in a timely manner according to the situation to avoid clogging and affecting use.

6. The external connection of the inlet and outlet must be made using flexible hoses (such as rubber hoses or plastic spring hoses).

7. Bearing replacement: Bearing replacement must be carried out by personnel familiar with repair work. First loosen the screws on the pump cover, and then disassemble the parts one by one according to the order shown in the diagram. The disassembled parts should be cleaned, and then assembled in reverse order. When disassembling, do not forcefully pry the impeller, use a roller to remove it, and do not miss the adjusting gasket to avoid affecting the clearance that has been adjusted before leaving the factory.

Wear resistant measures for fans:
(1) The serrated middle plate of the high-pressure blower can not only improve the airflow distribution at the impeller outlet and reduce GD2, but also avoid the erosion of the middle plate by flue gas;
(2) The high-pressure blower blades are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant lining plates (with tungsten carbide welded on the surface of the lining plates);
(3) The replaceable conical disc protects the middle disc from wear and tear;
(4) The casing is equipped with scroll liners and side liners;
(5) The surface of the high-pressure blower is coated with ceramic wear-resistant coating, resin coating, quartz powder and water glass coating, etc;
(6) Surface strengthening treatment includes surface welding, thermal spraying, boronizing, laser surface hardening, and high-frequency quenching.

1. Installation location: It must be installed indoors in a place that is not affected by wind and rain;
2. Environmental temperature: below 40 ℃;
3. Relative humidity: below 80%;
4. Air quality: If there are corrosive or flammable gases such as acids and alkalis in the air, they should not be transported by high-pressure blowers to avoid danger
5. Dust protection: Avoid using in places with large amounts of dust, powder, or fibers. If it is necessary to use in such places, please install a filter and regularly clean the dust attached to the filter and inside the high-pressure blower;
6. Ventilation and heat dissipation: Please choose to use it in a well ventilated place and not in a sealed room or box;
7. Placement space: For the convenience of column maintenance or repair, please avoid installing in overly narrow locations.
