Introduction to LCM-D/G Long Bag Low Voltage Pulse Dust Collector Technology:
This product combines the advantages of two types of dust collectors: chamber back blowing and pulse dust cleaning, overcoming the shortcomings of insufficient chamber back blowing dust cleaning intensity and general pulse dust dust reattachment. It improves dust cleaning efficiency and greatly reduces spraying frequency. The HCM-D/G dust collector also uses a submerged pulse valve to reduce the pressure of the injection gas source. In this way, the energy consumption of equipment operation is reduced, the service life of filter bags and pulse valves is extended, and the comprehensive technical performance is greatly improved. This series of dust collectors has a novel design and has the following obvious characteristics compared to conventional pulse dust collectors.
1. Offline dust cleaning in separate rooms, with high efficiency and no more dust attached.
2. The spraying cycle can be extended by more than twice compared to regular pulses.
3. The pressure of the gas source has decreased from the conventional range of 0.5~0.7Mpa to 0.2~0.4Mpa.
4. The lifespan of filter bags and pulse valves is increased by more than twice.
5. The filtration speed for handling high temperature and high concentration dusty gases can reach 1.0m/min.
6. The filter bag mouth adopts a spring tensioning structure, which is easy to disassemble and has good sealing performance.
7. The PLC controller is capable of automatic control, including ash cleaning, ash unloading, and over temperature alarm.
This product is mainly used in cement production line kiln heads and tails, steel plant iron yards, ore tanks, sintering, etc.
Working principle of LCM-D/G type long bag low-pressure pulse bag dust collector:
The dusty flue gas enters the dust gas channel through the inlet and then folds down to enter the ash hopper. When the airflow hits the guide plate and turns towards the dust bag chamber, coarse particles will fall to the bottom of the ash hopper by inertia, while fine dust will rise with the airflow. When the airflow passes through the filter bag, the dust will be trapped on the surface of the filter bag. The clean air is collected into the clean air box through various filter bag ports, and then discharged into the clean air exhaust duct through the outlet butterfly valves of each chamber.
The LCM-D/G bag dust collector is designed for offline dust cleaning in separate chambers. Each chamber's filter bag is divided into an array, with several bags in each group. As the filtration process continues, the accumulation of dust on the outer layer of the filter bag gradually increases, causing the resistance of the dust collector to rise. When the resistance reaches a certain range (1200~1500), the dust cleaning control system (PLC machine) sends a signal. Firstly, close the switching valve and open the pulse valve. Compressed air is sprayed through the nozzle onto each filter bag to cause deformation and vibration, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning. After the dust cleaning is completed, the butterfly valve is switched to open again, and the dust collector enters the filtering state without interfering with each other, achieving long-term continuous operation and improving the dust cleaning effect.
