1. Product Introduction
For the solidification and dispensing processes in LED packaging, an independent chain track design is used to ensure smooth baking of the material box in the tunnel furnace. Adopting localized multi temperature zone settings to ensure good temperature uniformity of 150 ± 5 ℃ while meeting the requirements of high-capacity mass production in terms of width and length. Reserve automated up and down level interfaces in the front and back, match the automation actions of the front and back ends, and truly connect the key links of LED packaging automation production.
