The LF type chain plate rotary grid cleaning machine (referred to as the rotary grid cleaning machine) is suitable for rainwater, sewage pump stations, water supply lifting pump stations, and the inlet of sewage treatment plants in urban sewage treatment. It is used to intercept and remove floating objects and is a widely applicable pollution removal equipment.

Structure and working principle

The device adopts a chain type rotating plate, which consists of a target tooth plate and a fixed grid bar to form a water passing grid surface. When sewage flows through, debris larger than the grid gap is intercepted. The target teeth of the target tooth plate penetrate into the gap of the grid bar. When the driving device drives the traction chain to rotate, the target teeth carry the debris trapped on the grid surface from bottom to top to the slag outlet. When the target teeth turn from top to bottom, the debris falls off by gravity and falls into the conveyor or garbage truck from the discharge port, and then is transported or further processed.

1. The driving device adopts a cycloidal pinwheel or helical gear reducer for direct drive, which has the characteristics of low noise, compact structure, and smooth operation;

2. The target gear plate is processed with gold, with high precision and beautiful appearance. The spacing between the target gear plates is 2.0-2.5m, and a support plate is added in the middle to effectively remove larger debris;

3. The rack is an integral frame structure with strong rigidity, easy installation, and low daily maintenance workload;

4. The equipment is easy to operate and can be directly controlled locally/remotely for operation;

5. To prevent accidental overload, mechanical shear pins and overcurrent dual protection are installed to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
