The LK (V2000) series large prefabricated constant temperature cold storage is designed specifically for users preparing large quantities of stored goods. The general storage capacity is between 1000T and 6000T, and the temperature and humidity inside the warehouse are required to be constant. According to the refrigeration temperature, it is divided into the following categories:
(1). Freshness preservation warehouse: L grade, -5 ℃~+5 ℃, mainly used for storing fruits, vegetables, medicinal materials, edible fungi, eggs, tea, tobacco, etc.
(2). Refrigerated warehouse D-level -10 ℃~-18 ℃, mainly used for storing pork, chickens, ducks, poultry, etc.
(3). Low temperature storage: J-grade -23 ℃~-28 ℃, mainly used for storing low-temperature foods such as ice cream and ice cream.
(4). Ultra low temperature warehouse: below -30 ℃, used for quick freezing of food and special industrial and medical purposes.
Cold storage facilities with different temperature requirements are also divided into two types: air-cooled and water-cooled:
□ Air cooling: Users need to choose the installation location.
□ Water cooling: Deep water wells or pools, water system settings, and the location of water pumps and cooling towers also need to be provided.
Main Performance Characteristics
Cold storage refers to facilities that use various equipment for refrigeration, can be artificially controlled, and maintain stable low temperatures. The refrigeration system, control devices, insulated warehouses, and attached buildings are the basic components of cold storage. It maintains a certain low temperature indoors through artificial refrigeration, mainly used for freezing processing and refrigeration of food, medicine, chemicals, electronics, and machinery. In recent years, with the advancement of science and technology and the rapid development of the refrigeration industry, combination cold storage has been widely promoted and adopted with new architectural principles such as standardization, modularity, industrialization, and convenience.
Usually, cold storage is mainly composed of enclosure structures, prefabricated sandwich panels, etc. The sandwich panels are made of colored steel plates, aluminum plates, or stainless steel plates on both sides, and the insulation material in the middle is usually hard polyurethane or polystyrene, which weighs 10% lighter than conventional building materials.
The enclosure structure of domestic cold storage usually adopts lightweight steel structure. According to the relationship between sandwich panels and enclosure structure, combined cold storage can be divided into outer frame structure form and inner frame added structure form. Currently, the combination cold storage in China usually adopts the outer frame structure form, which is reliable in quality and has a long service life.

2. Thermal insulation: using polyurethane or polystyrene sandwich panels, with low thermal conductivity, high strength, and excellent thermal insulation effect.

The cold storage bureau can freely separate and arrange them according to customer requirements and actual working conditions, and choose the best reasonable solution. The length and width of the cold storage can be freely changed.
