The MBR integrated reclaimed water treatment equipment produced by our company has been appraised by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology and has been applied in multiple reclaimed water reuse projects

Product Features

1. It can effectively perform solid-liquid separation, with a separation effect far better than traditional sedimentation tanks. The effluent quality is good, with suspended solids and turbidity close to zero, and can be directly reused, achieving sewage resource utilization

2. The efficient interception effect of the membrane enables microorganisms to be completely intercepted within the reactor, achieving complete separation of hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge age (SRT), making operational control more flexible and stable

3. The concentration of microorganisms in the reactor is high, and it has strong resistance to shock loads

4. It is beneficial for the interception, growth, and reproduction of slowly proliferating digestive bacteria, which improves the nitrification efficiency of the system and has certain denitrification and phosphorus removal functions.

5. Long sludge age. Membrane separation allows large molecules in wastewater that are difficult to degrade to have sufficient residence time in a limited volume bioreactor, greatly improving the degradation efficiency of recalcitrant organic matter. The reactor operates under high volume load, low sludge load, and long sludge age, achieving almost no residual sludge discharge.
