Based on this, the rotor of the Lu fan undergoes more precise dynamic balancing experiments, making the operation of the Lu fan almost vibration free.
2. Lu style fans have high efficiency and low energy consumption. The rotor of the Lu style fan adopts a special design, with an advanced composite line meshing curve, good sealing, low leakage, and further improved volumetric efficiency.
3. Lu style fans have a long service life. The gear of the Lu style fan is made of 20CrMnTi, which has undergone carburizing treatment and grinding processing, with a precision of five levels and a more wear-resistant tooth surface. The bearing of the Lu style blower adopts imported double row roller bearings with high load-bearing capacity. Therefore, the service life of the Lu style fan has been improved.

1. Please do not place the fan in areas that are prone to producing flammable and corrosive gases such as organic solvents and coatings, in order to prevent fires and poisoning.
2. Please do not set the fan in places where people often pass through and children often enter

① The content of particulate matter in the medium shall not exceed 100mgm3, and the size of large particles shall not exceed half of the small working gap.
② The inlet temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 40 ℃.
③ The bearing temperature during operation shall not exceed 95 ℃, and the lubricating oil degree shall not exceed 65 ℃.
④ The pressure used shall not exceed the pressure range specified on the nameplate or the pressure range specified in the performance table of this manual.
⑤ The clearance between the fan impeller and the casing, as well as between impellers, has been adjusted before leaving the factory. When reassembling, this clearance must be ensured.

1、 The improvement of Longtie LT Lu style vacuum pump mainly involves the structure of Lu style vacuum pump, especially the increase in its bonding strength, so that the position of the impeller relative to the axis in the inner cylinder does not change due to external forces.
2、 The air chamber of the Longtie LT Lu style vacuum pump is tightly fitted with the concave flange of the side cover to improve the operating strength of the Lu style blower and prevent eccentricity caused by screw fixation, which may affect the service life of the Lu style vacuum pump.
3、 The impeller of the Longtie Lu blower adopts advanced four axis machining method to reduce human error, improve the precision of the impeller, and enhance the efficiency of the blower.

4、 Longtie Lu's vacuum pump does not require lubricating oil. There are appropriate clearances between the rotors and between the rotors, as well as between the rotor and the housing, which do not come into contact during operation. There is no need for lubrication treatment or mechanical contact inside. When tested, the gear fit mode is used, and the housing (rotor action chamber) is separated by a side cover to prevent the risk of lubricating oil mixing. Therefore, the gas emitted is clean air without oil components, which can be safely used even under long-term operation.
