1、 Product Introduction
The rotary decanter is specifically designed for sequencing batch biological treatment systems and has excellent hydraulic mechanical performance. The key equipment for the cyclic activated sludge process is the ability to achieve laminar flow of water entering the effluent weir during the decanting process. The entire decanting process operates at a constant speed, with a stable and non fluctuating water surface. The decanting depth of this water dispenser can be adjusted freely, and users can adjust the water output according to their actual needs. It has the advantages of good decanting effect, sensitive and reliable action, high degree of automation, convenient centralized management, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. It can be widely used in urban sewage treatment plants and industries such as papermaking, beer, leather making, pharmaceuticals, food, and garbage treatment for sewage treatment.
2、 Working principle
The rotary decanter consists of a decanting device, a transmission device, a skimming float device, and a slewing support. The driving mechanism drives the decanting device and the skimming float device to rotate around the rotating support through a telescopic push rod, thereby causing the decanting weir mouth to move up and down in an arc shape, achieving the purpose of decanting the supernatant.

1. The entire process of decanting water adopts uniform speed operation.
2. The device comes with a built-in decanting depth regulator, and the decanting depth can be adjusted freely.
3. After decanting, it can automatically reverse course.
4. The outlet direction is on one side of the pool.
3、 Technical performance
1. The main body of the equipment adopts three-point rotating support, with compact coordination and smooth operation of various components.
2. The float adopts a floating design, which can keep the slag blocking surface of the float level with the water level constantly changing in the pool, achieving the effect of slag blocking.
3. The equipment is powered by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to drive the lead screw for uniform linear motion, ensuring continuous and even pouring of water in the water tank during operation.
4. When the equipment is running, the decanting speed is uniform, there is no sludge retention in the decanting tank, the water surface is stable without fluctuations, the main power is noiseless, and it can automatically reverse after decanting.
5. The underwater rotating part adopts a mechanical sealing device, which can ensure the long-term operation of the rotating part of the decanter without water leakage.
6. The mechanical transmission part adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which effectively ensures the stability of the water pouring speed and provides sufficient thrust. The electric push rod is equipped with multi-stage protection to ensure long-term operation of the equipment without damage.
7. When the device is running normally, users can adjust the water output according to their actual needs through the built-in digital display (decanting depth regulator) in the electric control cabinet. The decanting range can be freely adjusted between 0 and the decanting depth.
