Optional models of agitator blades

Four blade propeller type - standard mixing head, allowing the mixed medium to flow axially from top to bottom with low shear force.

Three bladed propeller type - causes the mixed medium to flow axially from top to bottom, generating local shear forces. Used on medium to high speeds.

Dissolving type - causes radial flow of the mixed medium from top to bottom, forming strong turbulence and high shear force that can crush particles in the liquid. Used on medium to high speeds.

Centrifugal - Double bladed blades open with increasing speed, suitable for use in narrow mouthed containers. The stirring effect is similar to that of a four bladed propeller slurry. Used on medium to high speeds.

Fan type - generates tangential flow, with low turbulence and good heat exchange performance, suitable for applications that require gentle stirring of media. Used at medium to low speeds.

Anchor type - generates tangential flow and forms high shear rates at the edges. Make the mixed medium less likely to deposit on the container wall. Low speed use. Applied to polymer reactions and dispersion of minerals in liquids, it is an ideal stirring element for medium to high viscosity fluids.
