The small high-temperature blast drying oven in the laboratory is equipped with functions such as over temperature alarm, independent temperature limiter, and fan overload protection to prevent accidents caused by abnormal operation of the equipment. For example, when the fan malfunctions and causes poor heat dissipation, the system automatically cuts off the power and issues an alarm.
Laboratory small high-temperature blast drying ovenEnvironmental control is achieved through three steps of "heating circulation temperature control":
Heating stage: The electric heating tube or far-infrared radiator converts electrical energy into thermal energy, rapidly increasing the temperature inside the box.
Cycle stage: The high-temperature resistant fan drives air flow, forming a forced convection cycle to evenly transfer heat to various parts inside the box.
Temperature control stage: The temperature sensor monitors the temperature inside the box in real-time and feeds it back to the PID controller; The controller dynamically adjusts the heating power or fan speed based on the deviation between the set value and the actual value to maintain temperature stability.
For example, when the temperature is below the set value, the system increases the heating power and increases the fan speed; When the temperature approaches the set value, reduce the heating power and slow down the fan speed to avoid overshoot.
Laboratory small high-temperature blast drying ovenSafe usage method:
1. The high-temperature oven should be placed in a clean and level indoor area, kept dry, moisture-proof, and protected from corrosion.
2. There should be a certain amount of space where the high-temperature oven is placed, and it is recommended to have a distance of at least 1 meter from the wall on all four sides.
3. Before use, check the voltage. A smaller oven requires a voltage of 220V, while a larger oven requires a voltage of 380V (three-phase four wire). Install a power switch with sufficient capacity according to the power consumption of the oven, and select suitable power wires. The shell should also be grounded.
4. After the above work is ready, the test sample can be placed in the oven, then the power is connected, the oven switch is turned on, and the oven with a blower device must be turned on during the heating and constant temperature process. Otherwise, the temperature in the working room will be uneven and the heating elements will be damaged over time. Then set the required temperature, and the oven will enter the working state.
5. The arrangement of baked items should not be too dense, and items should not be placed on the bottom (heat dissipation plate) of the oven to avoid affecting the circulation of hot air. It is prohibited to bake flammable, explosive, volatile, and corrosive items.
6. After baking, cut off the power first, do not cut off the blower, and only open the studio door after cooling down. Remember not to directly touch the baked items with your hands. Use specialized tools or insulated gloves to take the baked items to avoid burns.
7. The oven studio should be cleaned regularly to keep the interior clean.
8. When using an oven, the set temperature should not exceed the maximum operating temperature of the oven. Please refer to the product manual for details.
