Laminated polyester needle felt

Film coated polyester needle punched felt is a process of compounding expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (e-PTFE) microporous filter membranes on various substrates (such as polyester felt, PET, PP non-woven fabric, etc.). The coated filter material not only maintains the inherent high chemical stability, low friction coefficient, high and low temperature resistance, anti-aging, etc. of polytetrafluoroethylene, but also has the characteristics of general film coated filter materials such as breathability and properties, which can resist small particles. It is a new type of breathable membrane filter material.

Characteristics: High air permeability, low resistance, good filtration efficiency, large dust holding capacity, high dust stripping rate, making it an excellent filter material for dust removal.

Microfiltration: After PET, PP and other non-woven fabrics are coated, they can be made into filters and filters for industries such as chemistry, medicine, electronics, etc. They can filter out micro particles and isolate bacteria while maintaining high filtration efficiency and low flow resistance.

Industrial filtration: Polyester felt and PET film can be used to make various filter bags, filter cartridges, and filters, which are widely used in the treatment and recovery of industrial flue gas and dust particles such as cement, metallurgy, food, coating, petrochemical plastics, etc.
