4、 Process Description

After being collected and homogenized in the water collection tank, the wastewater flows into the neutralization reaction tank and a quantitative acid (alkali) solution is added according to the water quality properties for neutralization reaction. The neutralized wastewater is pumped by a lift pump to the filtration tank for filtration. At the same time, a quantitative water purification agent solution is also pumped in to cause the pollutants in the wastewater to undergo flocculation reaction, thereby improving the filtration effect. The filtered clean water is sterilized by an ozone sterilizer and flows into a biological activated carbon tank to further intercept and adsorb fine pollutants. The treated clean water is directly discharged into the urban sewer network

1. Neutralization device: Add NaOH to the wastewater to adjust the pH value to 6.5-7.2, so that Cr3+, Cd2+, Pb2+, Mn2+ions in the wastewater react with NaOH to form precipitates, achieving the goal of removing heavy metal ions. Afterwards, the pH value will be adjusted back to 6-9, and the dosage of NaOH and HCl will be automatically controlled.

2. Coagulation and sedimentation device: Adding a certain amount of CJI water purifier produces a large amount of coagulation flocs in the sewage. After sedimentation, it reduces the workload of subsequent processes and improves the removal rate of COD and suspended solids.
3. Filtering device: using quartz sand packing layer to intercept and remove suspended solids and other fine substances that have not been separated by air flotation, timed backwashing to ensure stable filtering effect.
4. Carbon adsorption decolorization device: using the adsorption capacity of activated carbon for further deep treatment, removing color, organic matter, and odors from water. Ensure that the effluent meets the discharge standards
5. Ozone generator (disinfection): For Escherichia coli, Salmonella, and other bacteria, ozone can be disinfected using an ozone generator. The molecular formula of ozone is O3, which is a sky blue odorous gas with a dark black liquid color and a blue black solid color. Meanwhile, ozone is a strong oxidant, and the sterilization process belongs to biochemical oxidation reactions.
6. Photocatalytic device: using a specially designed high-energy high ozone UV beam to crack organic matter in wastewater, it can effectively treat the molecular chain structure of waste gases such as ammonia, trimethylamine, H2S, VOCs, benzene, toluene, xylene, etc., so that the molecular chains of organic or inorganic polymer waste gas compounds can be degraded and transformed into low molecular compounds such as CO2, H2O, etc. under high-energy UV beam irradiation, thereby achieving effective treatment and meeting emission standards.

7. Ultrafiltration device: The ultrafiltration membrane system is a solution separation device that uses ultrafiltration membrane fibers as the filtration medium and the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane as the driving force. Ultrafiltration membranes only allow solvents (such as water molecules), inorganic salts, and small organic molecules in the solution to pass through, while intercepting large molecular substances such as suspended solids, colloids, proteins, and microorganisms in the solution, thereby achieving the purpose of purification and separation.
