Structure of Well Annealing Furnace:
The shell of the well type annealing furnace is a well type furnace body structure, which is insulated by high alumina refractory bricks and aluminum silicate fibers. When using full fiber as the lining insulation, the heating element is generally heated by a high-temperature resistance strip, which has a longer service life and is not easy to break. All automatic controls of our factory's well type annealing furnace cover are protected. When the furnace cover is opened, the control power is automatically cut off, and heating can only begin when the furnace cover is tightly closed.
1. The equipment consists of an electric furnace body, furnace lining, furnace cover, heating element, temperature control cabinet, etc.
2. The furnace body skeleton is composed of welded steel sections and steel plates, with a bottom [10 # welded frame, bottom plate made of 6mm steel plate, outer shell made of 3mm steel plate, panel made of 14mm steel plate, and sand tank made of 8mm steel plate.
3. The furnace lining is made of high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate fiber cotton, which is made into modules that match the furnace shape through flat and stacked methods. It is tightened and fixed on the furnace shell with stainless steel round steel. The furnace bottom is insulated with perlite insulation bricks and standard refractory clay bricks, and the load-bearing part is made of heavy high alumina bricks.
4. The furnace cover is welded in a circular shape with steel sections, and the middle is assembled by extruding and assembling refractory aluminum silicate fiber spinning blankets to ensure thermal insulation and sealing.
5. The lifting of the furnace cover is done by hand.
7. There is a furnace liner made of stainless steel plates welded tightly inside the furnace.
