Liquid absorption+desorption process: VOCs exhaust gas recovery
The liquid absorption+desorption method is an important means for industrial VOCs exhaust gas recovery and achieving circular economy. It can not only recover VOCs from exhaust gas, but also directly reuse the recovered solvent, reducing environmental pollution and production costs, achieving a win-win situation of environmental and economic benefits.
The difficulty of this technology lies in selecting suitable absorbents to improve VOCs absorption rate and reduce desorption difficulty. Reasonable design of the process to ensure low consumption and efficient operation of the system is the key to maximizing the economic benefits of the system.
1、 Process flow
1. Waste gas collection unit: Under the premise of meeting production needs, the generated VOCs containing waste gas is effectively collected, and the waste gas is pressurized by a fan and sent to the absorption unit for treatment.
2. Absorption unit: The absorbent and exhaust gas undergo countercurrent contact absorption in the absorption tower, recovering the vast majority of VOCs and discharging clean exhaust gas into the atmosphere; The absorbent after absorbing VOCs is sent to the desorption unit;
3. Desorption unit: Utilizing an efficient analytical system to desorb VOCs containing extraction absorbents. After desorption, the extraction absorbents are reused to obtain high-purity VOCs liquid.
4. The technical solution fully considers the issue of energy conservation, optimizes process layout, adopts automated control, and basically achieves unmanned operation.

Special absorbent, safe and environmentally friendly, with a high absorption rate of up to 80-95%.
