Overview

The load mechanical instrument deflection meter is used to test the load value, deflection value, and displacement value of circular cement products, and all parameter variables can be displayed on one instrument; The instruments are divided into wired and wireless models; Wired models are suitable for units with testing sites for easy wiring; Wireless version is suitable for external inspection; The product meets the testing requirements for load, deflection, and displacement of cement rods in GB/T4623-2014 "Mechanical Test Methods for Circular Cement Products".

IIILoad Mechanics Instrument Disturbance MeterThe process of adding load:

Press the crack inspection bending moment at a 20% step difference until it reaches 80% of the crack inspection bending moment, and then continue to apply load at a 10% step difference until the crack inspection bending moment is reached, observing whether cracks appear. If cracks appear, stop loading. If no cracks appear under the cracking inspection bending moment, continue loading at a 10% step difference of the cracking inspection bending moment until cracks appear. Measure and record the crack width and deflection value, and stop for 5 minutes each time. The second step is to unload the initial crack bending moment to zero, and then let it rest for 5 minutes after unloading. Measure and record the crack width and deflection value. The third step is to measure and record the crack width and deflection value from the 20% difference of the zero press cracking inspection bending moment to the cracking inspection bending moment. After increasing to 160% of the cracking inspection bending moment, continue to apply load in increments of 10% of the cracking inspection bending moment until the bearing capacity inspection bending moment is reached. Each static stop time is 5 minutes, and observe and record all readings. When cracks occur * times during the loading process, the previous level load value should be taken as the measured value of the initial crack load. When cracks occur * times within the specified load duration, the average of the current load value and the previous load value should be taken as the measured value of the initial crack load. When cracks appear * times after the specified load duration, the current load value should be taken as the measured value of the initial crack load.
