In the production process of lithium batteries, during the injection of electrolyte, LiPF 6 is present in the electrolyte, which produces hydrogen fluoride (HF) when exposed to moisture. The corrosiveness of HF can corrode the dew point meter probe and reduce the lifespan of the dew point meter. In battery production, the changes in dew point humidity values of the manual control box and drying room depend on the normal operation of the drying equipment. During the feeding and retrieving process of the control box, some dew point meters have insufficient sensitivity, which brings a lot of trouble to quality management. However, our dew point meter adopts imported dew point sensors, which can quickly reflect the true dew point of the space gas. The low dew point meter is particularly suitable for measuring various types of acidic and alkaline gases, such as hydrogen gas SF6、 Carbon dioxide, methane, carbon monoxide, and oxygen do not affect.
