1、 Product Overview

Low level thermal deaerator has been widely used as a deoxygenation equipment both domestically and internationally for many years, but it has serious shortcomings such as a high installation height of 7-14mm, high civil engineering investment, difficult lifting, and long construction period. At present, due to the fact that the condensate water recovery device recovers all high-temperature condensate water and secondary steam in a closed manner, the original high-level deaerator (usually 104 ℃) cannot seal the actual need for high-temperature water to enter the boiler in a closed manner.

Low level medium pressure and low pressure deaerators solve the above-mentioned shortcomings and the global problem of water pump cavitation, extending the service life of water pumps. The deaerator is arranged at zero elevation and can be installed both above and below ground. It can reduce the cost of civil engineering by more than 80%, and at the same time, the installation of this equipment is fast, making it an excellent supporting equipment for coal-fired, oil fired, and gas boilers.


2、 Reasons for cavitation of high-level deoxygenation water pump

After years of standardized certification, the water tank is placed above the water pump to provide a static head to prevent cavitation. Research and experiments have shown that static water heads exist statically, while pump cavitation occurs dynamically. Static and dynamic cannot exist on the same device at the same time, so it is impossible to solve the cavitation of the water pump during dynamic conditions with a static water head under static conditions! During the high-speed flow process of the water in the high-level water tank from static acceleration to the front of the pump (2950 revolutions per minute), the cross section of the flow rapidly shrinks, and the high-temperature water vaporizes instantly under negative pressure, producing a large number of bubbles. The bubbles enter the pump and are compressed and ruptured, and the impact frequency around the water flow particles reaches more than 20000 times per minute. The pressure on a small area often reaches tens to hundreds of megapascals, and the large mechanical destructive force acts violently on the impeller, quickly causing damage to the impeller. Cavitation produces harsh noise and strong vibrations.


3、 Creativity of Low Level Thermal Deaerator

1. Low level: Especially suitable for system matching of gas furnaces and oil furnaces. The use of cavitation elimination devices has achieved low-level deployment, with no occurrence of "cavitation" in the water pump, reducing civil construction costs, quick installation, and easy maintenance.

2. Medium pressure: Adopting a dual electric ball valve device, automatic oxygen discharge is controlled, and matched with a liquid level automatic overflow device to form a closed medium pressure deoxygenation system. At the same time, medium pressure is beneficial for generating secondary steam or new steam from condensed water to exert pressure on the water surface, ensuring the positive pressure head required for the pump to prevent cavitation. At this point, deoxygenation reduces self consumption of steam, which is equivalent to increasing boiler output by 6% -8%.

3. Re boiling device: The improved re boiling device quickly heats up when the deaerator is restarted, allowing all residual oxygen to be discharged from the water and running reliably.

4. Thermal deaerator used for hot water boilers: Due to the lack of steam heat source, previous hot water boilers generally did not remove oxygen and suffered from severe oxygen corrosion. A few large furnaces at home and abroad also use chemical drugs for deoxygenation, which is costly and has side effects; Desorption and deoxygenation result in acidic water quality. Vacuum thermal deaerator is used for deoxygenation in hot water boilers. It directly heats the soft water to be deoxygenated with boiler circulating water, and the deoxygenation effect is ideal and stable.

5. High deoxygenation rate: The deaerator used for steam boilers meets the power plant standard of dissolved oxygen ≤ 0.01mg/L.

The vacuum deaerator used for hot water boilers meets the standard of industrial steam boilers with dissolved oxygen ≤ 0.1mg/L.
