Low temperature catalyst for dioxin removalAs a new product in the dioxin removal market, it has the characteristics of high removal efficiency, wide applicable temperature range, and multiple catalyst types. Based on the characteristics of the catalyst, the installation and layout can be carried out using a high-temperature and high dust method to maintain the catalyst's excellent reaction activity. The dioxin removal system can be low-cost, and a collaborative NOx and dioxin removal system can also be selected as needed.

Plate catalysts use a metal mesh made of stainless steel metal plates as the substrate, and a mixture of TiO2, V2O5, etc. is adhered to the stainless steel mesh. After compression and calcination, the catalyst plates are assembled into catalyst modules.

Honeycomb catalysts are generally homogeneous catalysts. A mixture of TiO2, V2O5, WO3, and other materials is extruded through a ceramic extrusion device to produce catalyst elements with a cross-section of 150mmX150mm and varying lengths, which are then assembled into catalyst elements with a cross-section of approximately 2m; A standard module of 1m.

The manufacturing process of corrugated plate catalysts generally uses TiO2 reinforced with glass fibers as the substrate, and impregnates active components such as WO3 and V2O5 onto the surface of the catalyst to improve catalyst activity and reduce SO2 oxidation rate.

Steel smelting, non-ferrous metal smelting, automobile exhaust, incineration production (including pharmaceutical wastewater incineration, waste incineration in chemical plants, household waste incineration, coal-fired power plants, etc.). Lead containing gasoline, coal, wood that has undergone anti-corrosion treatment, petroleum products, and various types of waste, especially medical waste, are prone to produce dioxins when burned at temperatures below 300-400 ℃. The production processes of polyvinyl chloride plastics, paper, and certain drugs, steel smelting, and high-temperature activation of catalysts can all release dioxins into the environment. Dioxins also exist as impurities in some pharmaceutical products such as 2,4,5-T. Dioxins in flue gas can be treated with modified SCR catalysts. Dioxin, a catalyst for removing dioxins from flue gas, refers to a chlorinated organic compound containing two or one oxygen bond linked to two benzene rings. Its English name is "Dioxin". Due to the different substitution positions of Cl atoms from 1 to 9, they form diphenyl (PCDD) and 135 isomers * (PCDF), commonly referred to as dioxins. Their molecular weight is 321.96 and they are white crystals. They decompose at 302-305 ° C and 705 ° C, and 2s * at 800 ° C.
