The MBR industrial wastewater treatment equipment adopts biological treatment technology. Based on the summary of the operating experience of domestic and foreign domestic wastewater treatment devices, combined with our own scientific research achievements and engineering practice, we have designed a complete set of organic wastewater treatment devices that can be buried underground. It integrates the removal of BOD5, COD, and NH3-N, and has stable and reliable technical performance, good treatment effect, low investment, automated operation, easy maintenance and operation, does not occupy surface area, does not require building, does not require heating and insulation, and other advantages. Flowers and grass can be planted on the ground without affecting the surrounding environment.
1. Buried below the surface, the surface above the equipment can be used for greening or other purposes, without the need for building houses, heating, or insulation.
2. The secondary biological contact oxidation treatment process adopts push flow biological contact oxidation, which has a better treatment effect than fully mixed or two-stage series fully mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. Compared to activated sludge tanks, it has a smaller volume, stronger adaptability to water quality, good shock load resistance, stable effluent quality, and will not cause sludge expansion. A new type of elastic three-dimensional packing material is used in the pool, with a large specific surface area and easy biofilm formation and detachment by microorganisms. Under the same organic load conditions, it has a high removal rate of organic matter and can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.
3. The biochemical tank adopts the biological contact oxidation method, which has a relatively low volume load of the filling material, and the microorganisms are in their own oxidation stage, resulting in low sludge production. It only takes more than three months (90 days) to discharge the sludge (using fecal trucks to suction or dehydrate into sludge cakes for external transportation).
4. The deodorization method of this buried domestic wastewater treatment equipment is equipped with soil deodorization measures in addition to conventional high-altitude exhaust.
5. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm system, which operates safely and reliably. Generally, there is no need for dedicated personnel to manage it, and only timely maintenance and upkeep of the equipment is required.

1. Capable of treating comprehensive wastewater from living systems and similar organic wastewater;
2. Stainless steel with excellent characteristics such as corrosion resistance and aging resistance has been used for more than 10 years, carbon steel for more than 20 years, and glass fiber reinforced plastic for more than 50 years;
3. The complete set of equipment is simple to construct and easy to operate. All mechanical equipment is automatically controlled, and all devices can be installed underground;
1. Hotels, restaurants, sanatoriums, hospitals;
2. Residential communities, villages, and towns;
3. Stations, airports, seaports, and ships;
4. Factories, mines, troops, tourist attractions, scenic spots;
5. Various industrial organic wastewater similar to domestic sewage.
Modern sewage treatment technology can be divided into primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment according to the degree of treatment.
First level processing,
The main purpose is to remove suspended solid pollutants from sewage, and most physical treatment methods can only meet the requirements of primary treatment. After primary treatment, sewage can generally remove about 30% of BOD, which does not meet the discharge standards. The first level processing belongs to the preprocessing of the second level processing.
Secondary processing,
Mainly removes colloidal and dissolved organic pollutants (BOD, COD substances) in sewage, with a removal rate of over 90%, to meet the discharge standards for organic pollutants.
Third level processing,
Further processing of recalcitrant organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, and other soluble inorganic substances that can lead to eutrophication of water bodies. The main methods include biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal, coagulation precipitation, sand ratio, activated carbon adsorption, ion exchange, and electroosmotic analysis.
