1. Structural composition:
-Conductor: Copper wire is usually used, which has good conductivity to ensure effective signal transmission.
-Insulation layer: Made of polyethylene material, this material has good insulation performance and can effectively prevent current leakage, ensuring the safety of the cable during use.
-Sheath: Made of polyvinyl chloride sheath, it has good flame retardancy and corrosion resistance, and can adapt to the complex working environment in mines.
2. Performance characteristics:
-Stable signal transmission: Suitable for ordinary signal transmission in coal mines, it can maintain signal stability and accuracy during long-distance transmission, effectively expanding the coverage range of underground communication.
-High mechanical strength: It can withstand certain mechanical tensile and compressive forces, and is not easily damaged under complex terrain and working conditions in mines, ensuring the reliability and service life of cables.

-Insulation resistance: At 20 ℃, the insulation resistance of the cable insulation core should generally reach 3000M Ω· km or more to ensure good insulation performance.
-Working capacitance: At frequencies of 800-1000Hz, the line to line working capacitance typically does not exceed 0.06 μ F/km.
-Resistant to AC power frequency voltage: able to withstand an AC power frequency voltage test of 1.5kV/1min, ensuring safety under normal operating voltage.
