NMPThe Chinese name of the chemical is N-methylpyrrolidone, a colorless and transparent liquid with a slight ammonia odor. It has a boiling point of 203 ℃ and a flash point of 95 ℃, and is easily soluble in water, ether, acetone, and various organic solvents. It can dissolve most organic and inorganic compounds, polar gases, natural and synthetic polymers. It has the advantages of low viscosity, good chemical and thermal stability, high polarity, and low volatility. NMP is widely used in industries such as lithium batteries, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and petrochemicals. In the production process of lithium batteries, NMP itself does not enter the final lithium battery products, but utilizes its good chemical properties to be used as a solvent for dispersing binders. At a certain temperature, the waste gas containing NMP is evaporated through a drying process, and NMP waste liquid is generated through a recovery device.
