Real time SPC monitoring can be carried out on site, with X_R control curve chart. Statistical analysis includes maximum value, minimum value, average value, mean square error, number of qualified/out of tolerance, and calculation of Cp and CpK.

1. High precision and high stability. The highest resolution is 0.1 µ m, and the drift is less than or equal to 0.4 µ m every 4 hours in the workshop environment;

2. SPC control module with graphic display and statistical analysis capabilities;

3. Transmit data through RS232 and RS485;

4. The roundness, cylindricity, taper and other geometric parameters of the workpiece can be calculated through software programming, and the alarm limits for each geometric parameter can be preset;

5. Measurement data can be backed up through USB;

6. Data can be shared or networked through TCP/IP;
