working principle
Forced circulation evaporation concentration and crystallization: After being preheated by the non condensable gas preheater and the condensate preheater, the feed liquid enters the heating tube from the bottom of the evaporator with the circulating liquid and is heated by the shell side steam. Under the action of the circulating pump, it flows upward along the heating tube and enters the separator for evaporation, achieving gas-liquid separation. The concentrated liquid is discharged from below the separator, and the material liquid that has not reached the concentration enters the evaporator for further circulation. The material liquid that has reached the concentration is discharged from the system; The secondary steam enters the steam compressor from the top of the separator for compression, increasing temperature and enthalpy, and then enters the evaporator shell side as a heat source to heat the feed liquid. The condensed water and non condensable gas generated are discharged from the system after heat exchange with the feed liquid through the preheater.

The MVR system eliminates peripheral supporting equipment such as boilers, pipelines, and cooling towers, with a compact structural layout and a footprint of only 50% of traditional evaporators.

3. Suitable for evaporative crystallization of thermosensitive materials.
