Overview

The KDM series magnetic driven centrifugal pump adopts a shaft seal free design, with a sealed pump body and optimized structural design. The impeller and magnet are integrally formed, which is not easily damaged during high-speed operation and high temperature. Reducing the volume of pump components greatly improves the efficiency of the pump. The material of the pump body is reinforced polypropylene plastic and fluoroplastic. The pump shaft, bearings, and end rings are all made of highly corrosion-resistant materials such as high alumina ceramics, silicon carbide, filled with polytetrafluoroethylene, carbon, and have a shaft seal and leak free structure to ensure the safe transportation of most chemical liquids. The main components are modular and can be quickly disassembled and inspected, making maintenance and repair very easy.

Acid alkali resistant magnetic pump is a type of centrifugal pump, which is a new product that applies the working principle of permanent magnet coupling to centrifugal pumps. The difference between acid and alkali resistant magnetic pumps and self-priming pumps is that the dynamic sealing structure of self-priming pumps, which is prone to leakage, is replaced by a static sealing structure, which can achieve * no leakage. Therefore, many chemical liquid delivery industries that require higher sealing are more inclined to choose magnetic pumps. Acid and alkali resistant magnetic pumps are usually composed of three parts: pumps, magnetic actuators, and motors. The magnetic drive of the magnetic pump consists of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor, and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the outer magnetic rotor drives the inner magnetic rotor to rotate according to the magnetic principle, and the inner magnetic rotor drives the impeller to rotate synchronously, achieving non-contact transmission of power. When using an acid alkali resistant magnetic pump, particles should be prevented from entering the liquid medicine, especially liquid medicine containing ferromagnetic impurities entering the magnetic drive.

Precautions for using acid and alkali resistant magnetic pumps:

1. Acid alkali resistant magnetic pump is a pump driven by magnetic force, and the entry of ferromagnetic impurities will disrupt the magnetic balance of the magnetic actuator.

2. The particles in the medication used for acid and alkali resistant magnetic pumps should not be too large, otherwise they may get stuck between the inner magnetic rotor and the isolation sleeve, causing the magnetic actuator to operate poorly.
