1. Ultra efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor
The motor efficiency reaches over 96%, compared to other motors, it has a small size, low power loss, compact anti heat structure, optimized high-speed rotation design, precise speed control, and provides surging power.
2. Magnetic levitation bearing technology
The magnetic levitation bearing system is the core system of the magnetic levitation blower. The motor rotor is fixed between two radial magnetic bearings and two axial magnetic bearings. The position of the rotor is detected by a position sensor, and the position signal is reflected in real time to the magnetic bearing controller. There is no contact between the shaft and the bearing, no need for lubricating oil, extremely low energy loss, high efficiency, and suitable for various working environments.
3. Three element flow turbine technology
Using the theory of ternary flow, the internal space of the impeller is infinitely divided, and a scientific fluid flow model is established for grid division and flow field calculation, ensuring that the safety angle, number of blades, and cross-sectional shape are reasonable and efficient. To avoid separation of blade flow, reduce flow loss, ensure unobstructed and uniform air flow, and guarantee flow and efficiency.
4. Smart Management System
