The air bath constant temperature oscillator is designed with built-in oxygen replenishment holes to promote airflow circulation, maintain sufficient oxygen in the constant temperature chamber, and adapt to aerobic microbial cultivation. The transparent observation window facilitates real-time monitoring, and the universal spring bottle testing rack simplifies the process of fixing multi specification containers.
Maintenance of gas bath constant temperature oscillatorPerformance Characteristics
Precise temperature control: The digital display system achieves precise temperature control with a small fluctuation range, ensuring the stability of experimental conditions.
Uniform oxygenation: The built-in oxygenation hole design promotes airflow circulation, maintains sufficient oxygen in the constant temperature chamber, and is suitable for aerobic microbial cultivation.
Flexible oscillation: Supports stepless speed regulation and multiple oscillation modes (reciprocating/swirling) to meet the mixing effect requirements of different experiments.
Safe and durable: The stainless steel inner cavity is corrosion-resistant, the mechanical timing function avoids excessive oscillation, and multiple safety protections reduce operational risks.
Easy to operate: The transparent observation window facilitates real-time monitoring, and the universal spring bottle testing rack simplifies the process of fixing multi specification containers.
Maintenance of gas bath constant temperature oscillatorInstructions for Use:
1. Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.
2. The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, and the environment should be kept clean, tidy, ventilated, and dry (to avoid interference from heat sources).
3. Before using the instrument, place the adjustment knob in the small position and turn off the "oscillation switch"
4. Attention should be paid to the following points when packing culture test bottles: In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid generating large vibrations, all bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture medium in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.
5. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on.
6. Select constant temperature: Simply use the dip switch on the thermostat to select the desired temperature, and the thermostat will automatically maintain a constant temperature. The green indicator light will turn on, indicating that the heater is working; If the red light is on, it is in a constant temperature state.
7. When selecting the timer, adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position.
8. Turn on the oscillation switch, the indicator light will turn on, slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed.
9. Before each shutdown, all switches should be placed in a non working state, the locator should be set to "zero", and the power should be cut off.
