If the filter screen is frequently clogged due to unclean water sources, an external filter can be increased or a clean water source can be replaced; Never remove the inlet filter. Impurities in water can damage the sealing components and suction and discharge valves in high-pressure pumps.

3. Inspect the sealing components inside the pressure regulating valve, overflow valve, and high-pressure water pump separately, such as whether the O-rings of the pressure regulating valve and overflow valve are worn, whether the spring and seat surface are worn, whether the O-rings inside the pump are worn, whether the water seal is damaged, and whether the one-way valve is worn or cushioned by foreign objects. Discover problems in a timely manner and handle them promptly. Restart the high-pressure cleaning machine after everything is normal.

4. Is there any abnormal noise during the operation of the high-pressure cleaning machine when the pressure suddenly drops. If there is any abnormal noise, immediately shut down and turn off the power. Check if the crankcase of the high-pressure pump is normal. It is possible that the connecting rod, plunger, etc. may fall off or be damaged. Check and solve them in a timely manner. If not resolved in a timely manner, the consequences would be unimaginable.
