Mechanical accelerated clarification tank, also known as mechanical stirring clarification tank or mechanical accelerated clarifier, uses the mechanical stirring effect of the mixer and scraper in the tank to complete the mixing and reaction of water and chemicals, as well as the circulation and contact coagulation process of sludge. The larger flocs formed are separated by sedimentation in the separation chamber, and the remaining sludge is scraped and collected by a scraper to the discharge hopper of the mechanical accelerated clarifier, where it is discharged under static water pressure.
Mechanical accelerated clarification tanks are used in the clarification stage of water treatment and sewage treatment processes. The water is stirred by a mixer and lifted by an impeller to form two types of circulating flows of liquid in the tank; The micro flocs generated by the addition of chemicals are mixed with the refluxed sludge by the agitator blades, and the mixed liquid is lifted to the secondary reaction by the lifting impeller. Collision and adsorption form larger flocs, which are separated in the clarification zone. The clear water rises, the sludge sinks, and refluxes. In the reaction chamber of the mechanical stirring clarification tank, the aged sludge settles and is scraped and discharged to the middle by the scraper.
The mechanical acceleration clarification tank adopts a speed control drive device to adjust the speed and water volume increase, adapting to changes in water quality, water quantity, water temperature, and dosage.
The mechanical mixing and clarification tank, as well as the matching mixer and scraper produced by our company, are produced according to standards and have a large processing capacity per unit area; Due to its strong adaptability to changes in water quantity, water quality, and water temperature, the infinitely variable speed motor used can adjust the motor speed according to changes in water quantity, turbidity, and dosage, making the impeller speed appropriate.
【 Applicable conditions 】
Mechanical accelerated clarification tanks are suitable for the clarification treatment of drinking water and industrial water.
• Suspended solids content in the inlet of the mechanical stirring clarification tank:
(1) No mechanical scraping: generally not exceeding 1000 mg/L, and not exceeding 3000 mg/L in a short period of time.
(2) Mechanical mud scraping: 1000-5000mg/L, not exceeding 10000mg/L in a short period of time. When suspended solids often exceed 5000mg/L, a pre settling tank should be added.
The turbidity of the effluent from the mechanical accelerated clarification tank is generally not greater than 10mg/L and not greater than 50mg/L in a short period of time.
The temperature change of the inlet water of the mechanical stirring clarification tank shall not exceed 2 ℃ per hour.
