1. The number of filter plates placed on all specifications of filter presses must not be less than the number specified on the nameplate, and the clamping pressure, feeding pressure, pressing pressure, and feeding temperature must not exceed the range specified in the instruction manual. If the filter cloth is damaged, the hydraulic oil should be replaced in a timely manner. Generally, hydraulic oil should be replaced every six months in general environments, and in dusty environments, all hydraulic components such as oil cylinders and tanks should be replaced and cleaned every 1-3 months.
2. The transmission parts of the mechanical filter press, such as the screw rod, nut, bearing, shaft chamber, and hydraulic mechanical pulley shaft, should be filled with liquid lubricating oil 2-3 times per shift. It is strictly prohibited to apply dry calcium based grease lubricating oil on the screw rod, restart the clamping action under compression, and adjust the parameters of the current relay arbitrarily.
3. During the operation of the hydraulic filter press, personnel are prohibited from staying or passing behind the oil cylinder. When pressing or retracting, someone must be present to supervise the operation. All hydraulic components must not be adjusted arbitrarily to prevent equipment damage or personal safety caused by pressure loss of control.
4. The sealing surface of the filter plate must be clean and wrinkle free. The filter plate should be perpendicular and neat to the main beam, and should not be biased forward or backward on one side. Otherwise, the clamping action cannot be initiated. It is strictly prohibited to insert the head and limbs between the filter plates during the process of pulling and unloading slag. The air inside the oil cylinder must be completely expelled.
5. All filter plate feeding ports must be cleaned thoroughly to avoid blockage and damage to the filter plates during use. The filter cloth should be cleaned in a timely manner.
6. The electrical control box should be kept dry, and all electrical appliances should not be rinsed with water. The filter press must have a grounding wire to prevent short circuits and electrical leakage.
