The design of the primary combustion chamber of this incinerator uses gasification incineration technology to shift the temperature inside the incinerator from 200 ℃ to 400 ℃, so that there will be no problems such as melting, slag, or sintering during the incineration process. Compared with direct combustion furnaces and other furnaces, gasification incinerators produce very little dust. A secondary incineration burner and a circumferential air supply device are installed in the secondary mixing incineration chamber.
At high temperatures, combustible gases in the flue gas can burn fully, efficiently mixing the gas produced by the gas furnace with air for combustion, preventing the escape of carbon substances in the gas flame and the occurrence of delayed combustion. When the flue gas enters the high-temperature combustion chamber, tangential entry and tangential entry of combustion supporting air are used to assist combustion, allowing the gas to fully combust again in the combustion chamber while utilizing the rotating airflow for flue gas dust removal. The residence time of the incinerated flue gas in the furnace is greater than 2 seconds, completely incinerating the combustible gases in the flue gas and the combustible materials in the fly ash. A dry exhaust gas purification device is installed at the upper part of the incinerator to adsorb and treat the hydrogen chloride, sulfur oxides, etc. generated during incineration. The deodorizing and other components in the flue gas are decomposed at high temperatures.
The flue gas purification system is equipped with calcium hydroxide filter bricks for neutralization reaction with acidic gases, achieving the purpose of adsorbing acidic gases and purifying exhaust gases. Reduce the harmful components in the flue gas to below the values specified in national standards such as the "Pollution Control Standards for Hazardous Waste Incineration (GB18484-2001)".
