The continuous working temperature of a typical polyester needle punched felt can only reach 130 ℃. If the temperature exceeds 130 ℃ for a long time, its strength will be greatly lost and it will undergo significant shrinkage, causing changes in the size of the filter bag and ultimately affecting the filtration effect. Our company uses a special process to produce Sturt needle punched felt, which is made of alkali free glass fiber woven fabric as the base fabric, and then combined with polyester short fibers as the surface layer, making it have the characteristics of high breaking strength, low breaking elongation, low thermal shrinkage rate, and moderate temperature resistance. It meets the needs of working temperatures between 150 ℃ -170 ℃, which cannot be met by normal temperature filter media and is too wasteful to use high temperature filter media. It can greatly reduce equipment maintenance costs.
