Membrane filter gasket(Gasket) Specification:

Diameter: 50mm, usually used in combination with one black and two white, placed inMembrane filter cupInternally, it can serve as a sealing function, facilitating the completion of experiments.

Membrane filter gasketIt is placed inside the filter cup for sealing purposes and is a consumable that needs to be replaced frequently.

(II)Instructions for use

1.Loosen the bottom round nut, lift the metal bracket, and remove the glass tube. Place a rubber gasket under the porous pad first, weave a polytetrafluoroethylene film gasket on the pad, then place a microporous filter membrane, and then place a film gasket. Install the glass cylinder, and then install a sealing rubber sheet on the top of the glass cylinder. Cover it with a metal fixing frame, tighten the bottom round nut, and cover it with a top openable cover to form a sealed type.

2.If using an open type, there is no need to install a sealing rubber sheet.

3.Connect a rubber pipe to the base drain pipe and wrap the pipe with gauze and kraft paper.

4.Wrap the entire filter with the base, and then120°CAfter steam sterilization, it can be used.

5.To add liquid samples, a sterile syringe can be used to pierce the rubber sheet and inject it into the filter. To add solid or semi-solid samples, an open type can be used to directly add them into the filter.
