Overview
The metal stainless steel ball ring packing is made of metal thin plate punching, and there are two rows of window holes with inward extending tongue blades on the ring wall. Each row of windows has five tongue blades bent into the ring, pointing towards the center of the ring. The positions of the upper and lower layers of window holes are staggered, and the total area of the holes is about 35% of the entire ring area

The metal ball ring packing is made by stamping metal sheets, and the windows on the ring wall enable better distribution and mass transfer efficiency of liquids and gases than the Rascal ring. Metal Ball rings are suitable for use as contact fillers in carbon dioxide degassing towers, ozone contact reaction towers, and other reaction towers.
Its design creates turbulence when the fluid passes through, effectively breaking the laminar flow state and greatly improving mass transfer efficiency.
