Use a 0-500V megohmmeter to check that the insulation resistance of the three core wire of the motor main cable to the ground cold state is not less than 1 megohm. It is strictly prohibited to use a megohmmeter to check the control cable to avoid damaging the electrical components inside the water pump. Use a multimeter to check the control cable; The voltage must be within ± 5% of the rated voltage indicated on the nameplate. If the distance between the power supply and the water pump is far, line loss should be considered, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be increased, the number of joints should be minimized, and the joints should be sealed to prevent water leakage.

The guide rod should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane and can be calibrated with a plumb bob; When lifting the submersible mixer with a hook, the impeller end should be tilted 5 °~10 ° above the horizontal plane; By adjusting the chain, the lifting center of gravity of the lifting hook and the submersible mixer are aligned on the same vertical line, allowing the submersible mixer to be lowered along the guide rod;

The submersible mixer should not be rotated during use. Please adjust the angle during installation before running; The host should be placed on the limit plate or directly at the bottom of the pool to prevent the steel wire rope from being subjected to force; It must dive to a depth of no less than 1.1 meters, otherwise it is prone to water vortices and cavitation;
