2、 Instrument principle
microwave digestion systemWorking based on the principle of combining microwave heating with high-pressure chemical reactions. The microwave emitted by the core magnetron is absorbed by polar molecules (such as water and acid) inside the digestion tank, causing high-speed oscillation and friction of the molecules, achieving rapid and uniform heating from the inside of the sample, greatly reducing the pre-treatment time.
To ensure precise and controllable process, the instrument adopts non-contact infrared temperature sensing technology to monitor the temperature changes of each reaction tank throughout the process. The unique 360 ° continuous rotation design ensures uniform heating of all samples and good consistency of results. The system has multiple built-in safety mechanisms. Once abnormal temperature or pressure is detected, the microwave emission will be automatically stopped and pressure relief protection will be activated, achieving the unity of efficiency and safety.
