The equipment uses filter cloth as the filtering medium and is an efficient separation device that fully utilizes material gravity and vacuum suction to achieve solid-liquid separation. A detachable filter disc is used as the vacuum chamber, and the filter cloth is driven by a reducer for continuous operation. At the beginning of the filtration process, the filter disc runs synchronously with the filter cloth in a vacuum state; In a non vacuum state, the filter disc and filter cloth run in reverse. The material is evenly distributed on the filter belt of the vacuum filter disc through the slurry distributor, and the slurry on the filter cloth is filtered under the action of vacuum suction.

Until the vacuum filter disk touches the proximity switch device and cuts off the vacuum, the vacuum filter disk quickly returns to its original position under the drag of the cylinder, and the filter belt continues to run under the drag of the motor. This cycle repeats vacuum pumping, washing, and filtration again. The filter cake is scraped off and removed by the scraper device at the discharge roller, and the filter cloth is regenerated after cleaning, and then enters the filtration area again through a set of support rollers and correction devices. The filtrate is discharged from the collection tank as it returns with the filter disc.
