Arrange the tissue loaded slides neatly in the concave frame of the worktable, and hang the numbered parts by the edge of the worktable;

Take out the plastic water bottle and unscrew the cone cover. Cut a small section at the top of the cone and drill a suitable hole at the top;

Drop a small droplet of adhesive onto the tissue of the glass slide in sequence and cover it with a cover slip. Gently press the cover slip with your fingers to spread the adhesive evenly;

Turn on the power switch of the machine and use your left hand to sequentially feed the glass slides that have just been covered with a cover glass into the left hole of the machine. After a few seconds, the glass slides will automatically be sent out from the right side, and the glue is now dry and solid.
