1. Full fiber energy-saving structure: The heating part consists of three main parts: preheating zone, heating zone, and insulation zone, which facilitates the preheating of the mold shell and quickly heats up to achieve baking effect. The trolley adopts anti-collision sealing bricks, and the furnace door adopts a handwheel and spring type automatic clamping mechanism to automatically seal the trolley and furnace door. It is integrated with rails and does not require foundation installation. It can be used on a horizontal ground.

2. High calorific value and environmentally friendly use of natural gas, a high calorific value and low pollution energy source, greatly improves heating speed, achieves automatic temperature control function, and is environmentally friendly.

3. High quality of mold shell roasting: The natural gas mold shell roasting furnace adopts regenerative combustion technology, exhaust preheating and recovery, and PLC accurately controls the furnace temperature. The temperature difference between the top and bottom of the mold shell is small, and the roasting quality is high.

4. Burner: The burner of the mold shell baking furnace adopts a regenerative burner, combined with the heating characteristics of the water glass mold shell, to avoid flame overburning. According to the structural characteristics of the furnace, a straight flame burner or a flat flame burner can be used, greatly reducing the burning rate of the mold shell and improving the baking quality of the mold shell.

5. Automatic temperature control system: automatic ignition, shutdown alarm, automatic cut-off of gas source, high safety, can reduce the workload of operators. The control system adopts simple interlocking control, with digital display indicating temperature and contactor control.
