The fully automatic backwash filter is used to remove solid particles from low viscosity media. The medium to be filtered flows through the wedge-shaped mesh filter element of the filter from the inside out, and solid particles are trapped inside the filter element. With the increase of pollutants, the pressure difference between the polluted side and the clean side of the filter increases. If the pressure difference reaches the set trigger pressure difference, automatic backwashing will begin. During backwashing, the motor rotates the flushing arm under the filter element through the reducer, and the filter element enters the backwashing state, interrupting the flow of raw material liquid. The backwash discharge valve (solenoid valve/pneumatic valve) is opened, and the pressure drop between the filtrate side and the backwash pipeline backwashs a small portion of the filtrate back into the filter element to be cleaned. The pollution particles accumulated inside the filter cartridge are released and flushed into the backwash pipeline through the flushing arm. Once the backwash time for the filter element has passed, the backwash valve will immediately close. In this way, all filter elements are cleaned sequentially, and after all filter elements are cleaned, the backwash cycle ends.


The multi-core backwash filter device can achieve backwashing of filter elements using filtered clear liquid in the same filter tank The tank is equipped with several filtering elements that work simultaneously. The pressure difference between the turbid water chamber and the clean water chamber is monitored by a differential pressure controller. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the differential pressure controller outputs a signal, and the backwash mechanism is controlled by the electric control cabinet to start or stop. Using the pressure inside the tank, automatic backwashing is achieved to remove deep-seated sediment impurities, while other filtering elements continue to work to ensure continuous water supply. No need to remove the filter element for cleaning, it can achieve automated cleaning and slag discharge.
