Overview
The condensate pump is a series of products that transport condensate water. The N-type pump is used to transport condensate water with a temperature below 120 ℃ or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The NB, NBA, and NBA pumps are used to pump condensate water from condensers with a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃, as well as condensate water from 750-3000 kW steam turbine generator sets and other similar applications.

Product Overview

The condensate pump is a series of products that transport condensate water. The N-type condenser pump is used in thermal power plants to transport condensed water and other liquids similar to condensed water, and can also be used in other places where the medium is similar to condensed water. The NB, NBA, and NBA pumps are used to transport condensate water with a temperature below 120 ℃ or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. They are designed to pump condensate water from condensers with a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃, as well as condensate water from 750-3000 kW steam turbine generators and other similar applications. The 100N130, 100N160, 150N110, 150N130, 150N180, 200N180, 200N32, 80N45 × 4, 100N45 × 5, and 150N60 × 4 pumps can be used as drain pumps after cooling water is introduced into the packing box and packing gland, and can be mechanically sealed. They can transport liquids below 150 ℃, while other pumps can transport liquids at temperatures below 80 ℃.

Introduction to the structure of N-type horizontal centrifugal condenser pump:

N. The NB and NBA pumps are single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pumps, while the N-type has a two-stage structure and the rest are horizontal structures. There are two structural types of pumps: those with inducers and those without inducers. Compact structure, smooth and reliable operation, high efficiency, and good anti cavitation performance. Adopting standardized design, high degree of standardization, and good universality.

Material of overcurrent components: cast steel or stainless steel, different materials can also be selected according to user requirements.

1. Variety
There are more than 10 types of N-type condensate pumps, including horizontal cantilever single-stage, two-stage, single-stage with inducer, and other structural forms. Single level models include 3N6, 3N6G, 4N6, 4N6G, 4N6A, as well as 100N130 and 100N160; There are two levels: 2.5N3 × 2, 3N6 × 2, and 4N6 × 2; There are 6N6, 150N110, 150N130, 150N180, 200N32, and 200N180 single-stage induction wheels

2. Supporting part
The structure of the variety support part is the same, with the main components being the bracket, front and rear bearing covers, and front and rear radial ball bearings positioned on the bracket. The ball bearings also bear unbalanced axial forces. Lubricate with thin oil, and the oil level can be seen from the oil gauge. Both the front and rear bearing covers are equipped with felt sealing rings as shaft seals to prevent oil leakage. The hole at the pipe plug is used for oil injection. When cleaning and changing oil, drain the oil from the threaded hole.

The pump adopts a soft packing seal and is equipped with a replaceable uranium sleeve at the uranium seal.

The pump is driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling, and when viewed from the transmission direction, the pump rotates counterclockwise.

4. Work section
Single stage: The main components include an impeller made of brass 80-3, which is fixed to uranium made of high-quality carbon steel No. 45 through a key. The impeller is installed in a pump body made of wear-resistant cast iron HT20-40 and a pump cover, forming a pump working chamber. The power machine drives the uranium and impeller supported in the uranium bearing through a uranium coupling, and the pump works. The uranium sleeve made of wear-resistant cast iron HT20-40 has a water lubricated uranium bearing function between it and the liner (referring to 6N6 and 4N6 × 2). The packing box after the pump is stopped is equipped with a packing ring and a packing oil immersed graphite asbestos rope. The open packing cover is pressed with an extended double headed bolt to tighten the packing, and the tightness can be adjusted. High atmospheric pressure is introduced externally. Sealing water forms a sealed chamber in the entire packing box by aligning the connecting pipe with the packing ring, which isolates air from entering the pump. At the same time, it prevents water from flowing out of the pump, with only a small amount of lubricating water dripping out. There are balance holes on the impeller. To communicate between the high-pressure zone and the low-pressure zone at the inlet and eliminate uranium thrust, in order to prevent wear and tear on the pump body and pump cover, facilitate repair, and achieve good sealing, sealing rings are installed on the pump body and pump cover, and threaded holes are provided on the upper part of the pump body for air release. During parking and maintenance, water in the pump is released from the threaded holes. To facilitate the grabbing of the pump body and pump cover, cover screws are provided, and pressure measuring holes are provided at both the inlet and outlet.

Two stage: The rest is the same as a single stage, with only the pump body, pump cover, and intermediate guide vanes forming two working chambers. The first stage impeller made of silicon brass 80-3 and the impeller made of cast iron HTA20-40CUMO are installed in the corresponding chambers.

Single stage with inducer: The rest is the same as the single stage, except that the impeller material is aluminum iron bronze. An inducer made of aluminum iron bronze is added in front of the impeller to improve cavitation performance.
