Product Concept
The NLSW concentrated sulfuric acid pump is optimized and designed based on the performance parameters of the IS centrifugal pump, using two materials: concentrated sulfuric acid special cast iron and carbon steel, and a hydraulic model. It is an ideal new generation chemical pump.
Product Features
The pump shaft seal adopts an external PTFE mechanical seal, and the dynamic and static rings are made of new hard alloy and ceramics, which are wear-resistant, leak free, and have a long service life.
Installation, use, precautions, and maintenance of NLSW horizontal concentrated sulfuric acid centrifugal pump
1. Before installing the concentrated sulfuric acid pump, carefully check whether there are any hard objects in the flow channel of the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation.
2. A regulating valve should be installed on the inlet and outlet 1 pipeline of the concentrated sulfuric acid pump to control the pump to operate within the rated working conditions.
3. Open the inlet valve to fill the entire concentrated sulfuric acid pump chamber with liquid.
4. Connect the power supply, gradually open the valve on the discharge pipeline when the concentrated sulfuric acid pump reaches normal speed, and adjust it to the desired working condition.
5. Check if the temperature rise at the motor and bearing is ≤ 70 ℃, and promptly handle any abnormalities found.
6. Mechanical seals are strictly prohibited from working under dry grinding conditions.
