The NYP series high viscosity rotary pump is a new type of positive displacement pump developed according to the needs of industries such as petroleum, chemical, coatings, oils, pharmaceuticals, dyes, and food. The applicable medium temperature is -10 ° C~200C (NYP0.78 and NYP23 are applicable at -10 ° C~80 ° C).

Applicable medium viscosity: 10cSt~300000cSt (applicable viscosity for NYP0.78 and NYP2.3 is 1.0cSt~10000cst). This series also has precision cast stainless steel material suitable for transporting corrosive media.

Working principle

The driving gear (outer rotor) with internal teeth drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction inside the fully enclosed pump body. The crescent plate on the pump body and front cover separates the suction and discharge ports. When rotating, negative pressure is formed in the suction process, and the liquid is sucked in. The rotor carries the liquid to the discharge port, and the pump body is discharged under pressure, completing the transportation of the liquid. structure
