New energy battery structural adhesive water removerThe main component of the material is aluminosilicate, which is fired by a high-temperature converter. Its function is to burn off the crystal water in the molecular sieve structure, making the material in an unsaturated state, thereby stimulating its activity and improving the H2O adsorption capacity and CO2 adsorption effect. This type of water removing agent is widely used in the fields of lithium batteries and new energy batteries, especially in polyurethane structural adhesives. It can be directly added to polyol systems for removing excess water and bubbles during production and processing.
Technical Specifications:
When there is a trace amount of moisture or acidic substances in the polyurethane system, it will react with isocyanates to generate CO2, which will cause bubbles in the product to affect the bonding strength. Adding molecular sieves with dispersibility and rapid adsorption ability to the polyurethane system can effectively remove trace amounts of water and other small molecule impurities from the material, avoiding the generation of bubbles. Molecular sieves have excellent dispersibility and are compatible with commonly used polyether polyols, polyester polyols, and isocyanates. CR-PUA molecular sieves can extend the curing time of two-component polyurethane and are particularly suitable for the production of polyurethane electronic potting adhesives. They can leave sufficient margin for construction operations and have low impurity content and uniform particle size in the product, avoiding clogging of the adhesive during spray gun operation.
New energy battery structural adhesive water removerApplied in metal coating systems rich in zinc or tin, it can prevent reactive metals from reacting with water to generate H2. Molecular sieves can reduce the moisture content to below 0.1% to facilitate the control of hydrogen release in the system and ensure the stability of the coating during storage.
Molecular sieves can also be used as selective adsorbents added to specific polymer or coating production processes to adsorb gases such as CO2 and H2S generated during the production process.

Usage method
Do not open the original packaging before use to avoid prolonged exposure to air and failure. When filling, quickly add it to the product system and stir evenly. The original packaging has a shelf life of 1 year.
